Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team at Main Line OB/GYN. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, activating patient files, and providing support to patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to phone calls and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Activate patient files, collect and record copays, and perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments and finalize patient schedules for the previous day.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients and adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
  • Provide support at other care centers as needed, including Strafford, Paoli, Exton, and Collegeville.
