Overview

In the capacity of Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the Community Manager and play a vital role in enhancing community success. Your tasks will encompass interacting with prospective and current residents, overseeing lease renewals, and ensuring a competitive stance in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary service to residents, prospects, and visitors
  • Manage general office duties including lease administration, resident correspondence, and office maintenance
  • Facilitate apartment leasing in accordance with budgetary objectives
  • Comply with Fair Housing Standards in all communications
  • Support external marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate lease applications and perform necessary verifications
  • Prepare lease documentation and guarantee apartment readiness prior to move-ins
  • Oversee lease renewals and advocate for community promotions
  • Conduct daily marketing assessments and maintain shared spaces
  • Organize and provide refreshments for residents and guests

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education is advantageous
  • A combination of education and relevant experience

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
