Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the development of project timelines, coordinate the provision of necessary tools and materials, manage personnel assigned to each project, and monitor labor productivity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating project needs effectively with team members.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Analyzing job cost reports.
  • Responding promptly to management inquiries.
  • Assisting with collections as required.
  • Interpreting blueprints and collaborating with the design team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection industry is essential. A strong understanding of NFPA and industry standards is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
