Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the development of project timelines, coordinate the provision of necessary tools and materials, manage personnel assigned to each project, and monitor labor productivity.   • Communicating project needs effectively with team members.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Analyzing job cost reports.
  • Responding promptly to management inquiries.
  • Assisting with collections as required.
  • Interpreting blueprints and collaborating with the design team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection industry is essential. A strong understanding of NFPA and industry standards is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
