Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching potential clients, markets, and industry trends.
    • Support the preparation and submission of proposals, RFQs, and RFPs, including coordinating input from various departments.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, project details, and business development activities.
    • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the firm and expand our network.
  • Marketing Coordination
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the firm's strategic goals and brand identity.
    • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, working with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors.
    • Manage the firm's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively communicates our services and successes.
  • Client Relations
    • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
    • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services and client experience.
    • Organize and manage client events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
    • Track and report on industry developments, including regulatory changes and market shifts.
    Requirements
    • Valid Driver's license
    • Clean Background check
    • Ability to communicate clearly via phone, virtual meetings, and in person.
    Qualifications
    • Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
    • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
    • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working within a team and collaborating with creative design professionals
    • Ability to present and deliver compelling presentations
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, and highly creative
    • Database management and CRM experience, preferably Cosential
    • An associate's degree in marketing, business development, or a related field is required.
    • 3+ years of similar experience required, preferably in the field of Architecture or Engineering
    • 1+ years of experience working in an office setting.
