Key Responsibilities- Business Development
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching potential clients, markets, and industry trends.
- Support the preparation and submission of proposals, RFQs, and RFPs, including coordinating input from various departments.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, project details, and business development activities.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the firm and expand our network.
- Marketing Coordination
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the firm's strategic goals and brand identity.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, working with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Manage the firm's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively communicates our services and successes.
- Client Relations
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services and client experience.
- Organize and manage client events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
- Track and report on industry developments, including regulatory changes and market shifts.
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean Background check
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone, virtual meetings, and in person.
- Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within a team and collaborating with creative design professionals
- Ability to present and deliver compelling presentations
- Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, and highly creative
- Database management and CRM experience, preferably Cosential
- An associate's degree in marketing, business development, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of similar experience required, preferably in the field of Architecture or Engineering
- 1+ years of experience working in an office setting.
- Becker Morgan will provide the following at no cost to the employee:

- Becker Morgan will contribute 50% of elected deferral to 6% of the employee's salary.
