Sales Enablement Specialist

At insightsoftware, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by designing and delivering comprehensive sales playbooks, staying informed on industry trends and competition, and utilizing various tools to create engaging enablement content.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills to join our fast-paced and growing team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with sales professionals, sales leaders, and the sales enablement team to create scalable programs that drive measurable increases in productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Become a subject matter expert on our products and offerings
- Stay informed on competition, industry trends, and business news to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
- Regularly spend time with team members to understand challenges and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to design and deliver enablement
- Participate in the enablement team and the EMEA sales teams as a valued member
- Craft effective sales enablement in close collaboration with the Enablement/Sales/Marketing/Product teams
- Assist in the ongoing development of content for Highspot (sales enablement platform)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in a sales environment or sales role (Sales Enablement experience is not required)
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in PowerPoint presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
