Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team at Coro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Sales Enablement Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive education and training programs to enable our partners to effectively sell Coro solutions.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance within our partner ecosystem, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Build and Nurture Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partner organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for committed partner accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Coro products and services.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal subject matter experts to create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and demo scripts.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to partners, assisting with lead generation strategies, marketing resources utilization, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Track and Analyze Partner Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive results.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Partner Management Experience: Experience working with partners, including MSPs, agents, and referral-based selling.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Coro's product offerings, with the ability to articulate complex product features in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach, dedicated to ensuring client success and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts and product improvements, with agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
