About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying customer leads, creating new business, and driving large-scale K-12 digital sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer leads and create new business opportunities to drive large-scale K-12 digital sales.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, including events and strategies to prospect for new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Conduct strong digital sales presentations of McGraw Hill's solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customer success, implementation group, product development, and product marketing to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital supplemental programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to form solid partnerships at all levels of a school district to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 80-85%.
- Knowledge of specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS).
- Knowledge of Direct Instruction and/or Open Court Reading.
- Previous educational sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience teaching or selling digital Math and Literacy products/programs a plus.
- Track record of sales success as demonstrated by having met or exceeded sales quotas.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-90,000 annually, an annual bonus plan, and a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
