Regional Business Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our business and sales operations in the Louisville region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting goals, coaching Franchisees, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
- Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Ensure Health and safety procedures are followed to brand and retailer standards.
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
- Support store franchisees and act as a primary resource.
- Evaluate store and individual performances.
- Address potential and current problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Effectively manage costs within your region to ensure budgets are achieved.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
- Ensure your region has 100% completion on Safety Culture Logs.
- Travel and support other regions as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Understanding of store operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong ethical leadership abilities.
- Able to bring an element of excitement to the role.
