Industrial Sales Manager

Promote rental solutions to achieve assigned revenue goals, preparing presentations and focusing on customer needs and pain points.
Conduct business and territory analysis, using tools like ZoomInfo and IIR, to allocate time to accounts and customers effectively.
Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions and business issues, including competitive activity, prospective customers, and market trends, through primary and secondary information sources.
Follow the sales process, have full control over your SMART agenda and sales KPIs, such as opportunity, forecast, pipeline, and win/lost analysis, keeping Salesforce updated with quality information.
Develop and execute a business plan, understanding companies' goals and strategies to prepare SMART objectives and tactics to achieve revenue goals, as directed by management.
Develop and implement strategies to gain access, gain rental contracts, and pull through business at targeted accounts.
Develop rapport with key decision-makers at accounts and end users at job sites within territory.
Work with operations and other ASMs, maintaining good communication to help and direct customer service activities and assist in handling difficult issues.
May assist in collecting customer accounts and familiarizing and training customers on equipment to avoid/reduce downtime and service calls.
Implement, sustain, and develop quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service.
Sources, calls on, and rents equipment and full solutions to customers within assigned territory.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years of industrial sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or services related to air compressors, nitrogen generators, steam generators, or a similar field.
Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM, PDCA, and account management is preferred.
The educational background preferred is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a Technical field, coupled with business, customer service, or sales experience.
Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field combined with industry-related experience in technical sales or business is acceptable.
Demonstrated selling and interpersonal communication abilities, exceptional oral and written communication skills, a resilient and growth-oriented mindset, and a valid driver's license are required.
