About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to leverage your exceptional leadership skills to drive the successful implementation of complex deals across territories. As a key member of our team, you will provide proactive leadership, thought leadership, and strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong proactive leadership in the execution of complex deals to ensure successful implementation across territories
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client success and meet or exceed established project metrics
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Analysis, and Product teams, to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
  • Work with the Territory Lead to prioritize efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and communicate customer issues that threaten the success of the project and develop effective solutions to resolve them
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day customer needs and interactions, including client kickoff, regular status meetings, and trainings
  • Direct and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients in close coordination with the analysis and product/technical teams
  • Ensure complex deals get implemented successfully and meet or exceed client expectations
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in client-related experience, preferably in the Department of Defense, Federal Law Enforcement, or National Intelligence Community. You should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Strong familiarity with Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology is a plus.

You should be able to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen, superior organizational skills, and the ability to follow through are essential qualities for this role.
