Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise a team of nurses and care coordinators to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Resident Care to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and education to staff on nursing best practices and Sunrise policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in assisted living and/or long-term care
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a nursing setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
