Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with outside marketing firms to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and content marketing.
  • Assist in developing campaign strategies, content calendars, and marketing materials.

Content Creation:

  • Create and edit marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, sales presentations, and digital content, such as a bi-monthly employee newsletter.
  • Assist in writing and proofreading marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and press releases.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaign initiatives, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to other division leaders in the organization, including marketing partners, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing files and records.
  • Assist outside firms in the overall management of company brand stores.
  • Review, submit, and manage the ordering of business cards for the company to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Active movement at events for extended periods of time. Ability to travel as needed.
