Job Title: Hospital Development Coordinator

DCI Donor Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospital Development Coordinator. This role will be responsible for cultivating relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote organ donation and strengthen partnerships between our organization and hospital partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize organ/tissue donation potential in hospitals.
  • Engage with physicians, nurses, and coroner/medical examiner staff to facilitate organ/tissue donation and champion process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison to hospital staff during the donation process, ensuring effective communication between the hospital, the donor's family, and the organization.
  • Develop and present regular education to hospital staff on the benefits of and process for organ/tissue donation.
  • Conduct data analysis and marketing initiatives to maximize potential in an effort to save and improve more lives.
  • Document all interactions with medical facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
  • 2 years marketing experience, preferably within the medical or donation industry and/or related experience required.
  • Understanding of the healthcare system and hospital operations.
  • CPTC preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Driver's license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.
