Party Coordinator Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will work closely with them to design and deliver customized party packages that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and sell customized party packages that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with the Park Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

A Day in the Life:

As a Party Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the Park Team to ensure that every party is a success, and that our guests leave with a smile on their face. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, and for adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
