Marketing Coordinator

Denark Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support the Business Development department with administrative tasks, content creation, event planning, and maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning events for the team, including sports outings, luncheons, and company picnics.
- Update Denark's social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and update collateral materials, artwork for signage, and other visual elements using Adobe InDesign.
- Prepare drafts of internal and external Denark newsletters.
- Assist with ordering promotional items and printed materials.
- Support the creation of interview and presentation materials.
- Keep the CRM database of clients and partners up to date.
- Perform additional assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a Marketing assistant/coordinator role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and Photoshop required.
- CRM software experience desired.
