Job Description

Denark Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support the Business Development department with administrative tasks, content creation, event planning, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning events for the team, including sports outings, luncheons, and company picnics.
  • Update Denark's social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create and update collateral materials, artwork for signage, and other visual elements using Adobe InDesign.
  • Prepare drafts of internal and external Denark newsletters.
  • Assist with ordering promotional items and printed materials.
  • Support the creation of interview and presentation materials.
  • Keep the CRM database of clients and partners up to date.
  • Perform additional assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience working in a Marketing assistant/coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and Photoshop required.
  • CRM software experience desired.
