Job Summary

The Visual Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the college's internal and external marketing efforts through the creation of high-quality visual media content. This includes photography, videography, and editing, as well as coordinating the planning, scheduling, and writing required to produce various forms of media that promote the college and support its brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual media strategies to enhance the college's marketing efforts
  • Produce high-quality photographs and videos for use in marketing materials, social media, and other college publications
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement visual media campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the college's visual media assets, including photography and videography equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of visual media services
  • Provide training and support to college staff on the use of visual media tools and technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in video production, photography, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in a visual media-oriented field
  • Strong knowledge of visual media production and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The Visual Media Coordinator will work in a fast-paced marketing environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
