Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, set milestones, and establish mechanisms to solve technical problems and ensure successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with leaders and stakeholders in multiple teams across Tech, Business, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions and alignment.
  • Tech Leadership: Dive deep into technical blockers and work with development teams to unblock delivery or find a path to resolution.

As a part of WW Selling Partner Services organization, Core Services provides services to help Amazon Selling Partners be successful, deliver the most trusted shopping and selling experience, and provide powerful solutions to accelerate Selling Partner business growth.

We are responsible for developing high-scale machine learning systems that empower scientists to move faster in response to bad actors.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
