Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team at HQ USAF and Support Elements. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
