Position: Fiduciary Financial Specialist

Location: Arlington, VA

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in fiduciary roles, including Estate, Trustee, and Conservatorship
  • Experience in a legal or law-related environment
  • Familiarity with preparing and filing fiduciary inventories and accountings
  • Prior experience with fiduciary accountings
  • Knowledge of Clio and GEMS software
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fiduciary accountings for Conservatorship, Trustee, and Estate cases
  • Monitor and calendar critical court deadlines
  • Communicate with financial institutions to obtain necessary financial and tax documents
  • Engage with clients as needed
  • Manage case-related information and documentation within a case management system
  • Assist in scanning and archiving documents
  • Draft correspondence, including letters and emails
