We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing lead databases and prospecting for new business.
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, and marketing.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
