We are seeking a Client Success and Growth Specialist to join our integrated Sales and Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring they understand and utilize our products and services effectively.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvements in our products and services.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Adaptive and analytical, with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
