About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service by communicating effectively with clients, providing personalized service, and resolving their concerns. You will work closely with assigned Financial Professionals (FPs) to ensure seamless business practices and troubleshoot problems when they arise.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • An Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • SIE licensed or able to attain within the first year of employment.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and being part of a team.
  • The ability to sit for long periods and lift at least 10 pounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and optional supplemental life insurance for employee, spouse, and dependents.
