We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager/Representative to join our East Coast team at GenoBioTX, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate relationships with biopharma and academic clients
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams
As an Enterprise Growth Specialist at GenoBioTX, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:- Master or Ph.D. in a Bioscience field, previous Business Development experience is preferred
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ambition to build strong relationships and cooperation with a team toward successfully filling roles
- Flexibility to travel and conduct in-person client visits
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
