Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and improving product penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow customer relationships.
- Product Penetration: Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend optimal product solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
