Your Responsibilities
As a Field Services Customer Support Specialist at Invitation Homes, you will play a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance, customer support, and maintenance solutions in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing maintenance and rehabilitation dashboards and task centers daily to guarantee prompt responses to all service requests and communications.
- Coordinating the daily schedules and assignments of Maintenance Technicians and/or Superintendents to maximize efficiency.
- Acting as the primary contact for resident maintenance inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Evaluating and approving or rejecting work order proposals within your authority, ensuring proper scope, documentation, and pricing.
- Assisting in the research and coordination of utility issues for vacant properties to ensure timely activation.
- Managing eviction schedules and personal property holds, coordinating clean-outs and removals as necessary.
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with the property management or maintenance sector is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
