Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Finance & Administration department.
  • Establish and uphold cash management controls, including reconciliations and bank transactions.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports with precision and timeliness.
  • Develop effective purchasing strategies for products and services.
  • Maintain supplier relationships while exploring new vendor opportunities.
  • Evaluate expenditure operations to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Support the Corporate Finance & Administration team with Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Assist in managing the Warehouse department and inventory oversight.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of all information systems.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures to comply with legal and industry standards.
  • Enhance digital platforms to optimize departmental resources.
  • Provide support to external parties such as auditors and vendors.
  • Audit information systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Engage in training initiatives to enhance professional knowledge.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Finance & Administration Assistant Manager role.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, integrity, and a positive mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • A minimum of five years in Finance & Administration roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with POS, Asset Management, Accounting, or ERP software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
