Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Finance & Administration department.
- Establish and uphold cash management controls, including reconciliations and bank transactions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports with precision and timeliness.
- Develop effective purchasing strategies for products and services.
- Maintain supplier relationships while exploring new vendor opportunities.
- Evaluate expenditure operations to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Support the Corporate Finance & Administration team with Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist in managing the Warehouse department and inventory oversight.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of all information systems.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to comply with legal and industry standards.
- Enhance digital platforms to optimize departmental resources.
- Provide support to external parties such as auditors and vendors.
- Audit information systems to ensure data integrity.
- Engage in training initiatives to enhance professional knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Finance & Administration Assistant Manager role.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, integrity, and a positive mindset.
- Strong teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- A minimum of five years in Finance & Administration roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with POS, Asset Management, Accounting, or ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
