Job Summary

The Senior Vice President, FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting, is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving CFO Attestation and controls activities across the FR Y-14 (Q/M/A) schedules. This individual will lead material development supporting the CCAR CFO attestation and be responsible for performing various functions across the FR Y-14 Schedules and broader CCAR datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead schedule level Control activities, including the development and implementation of a Control framework for owned schedules.
  • Develop and use analytical tools to visualize risk and inform management decisions.
  • Deliver risk and data quality insights through verbal, written, and interactive digital content to key stakeholders.
  • Review and assess report production identified FR Y-14 related issues and present to senior management.
  • Develop attestation materials and dashboards for senior management summarizing the results of the review prior to submission.
  • Support and drive technology implementations to support automation.
  • Create and present schedule level materials supporting CFO attestation, including attestation packages.
  • Support QMMF and annual CCAR activities for FR Y-14 Actuals.
  • Contribute to the creation of report level materials in support of CFO attestation.
  • Develop and manage team members to become high-performing teams in support of schedule level analytics and reporting activities.
  • Partner with schedule owners on continuous improvement of reporting controls and analytics at the schedule level.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of work experience in Financial/Regulatory Reporting/Risk Management within a major global financial institution.
  • Regulatory reporting experience, including FR Y-14 and FR Y-9C.
  • Proven track record analyzing complex financial reporting items in a high-profile environment and developing and deploying analytics frameworks within a large financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Risk and Finance reporting data infrastructures and platforms, preferably Citi systems knowledge.
  • Senior leadership and project management experience within a major global financial institution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in extracting and analyzing large data sets from databases.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools, such as Tableau.
  • Strong product knowledge in Derivatives, Trading, wholesale products, retail, and securit, preferably attained through working in Risk Management, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assimilate large amounts of information to arrive at well-reasoned decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to leverage relationships and work collaboratively across the organization.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, and escalate, voice concerns, or raise questions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and navigate through various situations to successfully obtain results.
Education

Bachelor's degree/University degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.

CPA/CFA/FRM qualifications are a plus.
