Role Overview: The Senior Vice President of Investment Banking will play a pivotal role in:

  • Creating and presenting comprehensive presentations during the deal execution phase.
  • Facilitating the execution of M&A transactions, primarily focusing on sell-side M&A, with some involvement in buy-side M&A and capital markets activities.
  • Conducting thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and specific companies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A.

  • Demonstrated success in closing M&A and/or Capital Markets transactions.
