Overview:
The Hispanic Technology Executive Council is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Risk Analytics and Reporting function within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we maintain robust operational and compliance risk management practices across our technology and cyber domains.
Role Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Risk Analytics and Reporting will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive governance reporting strategies. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance our operational frameworks and ensure alignment with our risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Governance Reporting from initial request to final output, ensuring timely delivery of all related materials.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive management and other risk management functions.
- Prepare and present communications and reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative reporting solutions.
- Support ongoing governance activities and program management initiatives within the organization.
- Identify and promote opportunities for process improvements and technology integration.
- Deliver findings and analyses in a clear and professional manner to diverse audiences.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, including preparing materials for leadership presentations and maintaining data for executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the organization's reputation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or consulting, focusing on governance and regulatory engagement.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively through data storytelling and visualizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Education:
- A degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
