Key Responsibilities:

+ Conducts thorough operational and validation processes associated with the integration of data from various source systems, ensuring the integrity and consistency of reporting and data quality.

+ Manages monthly processing and validation tasks, maintaining high standards of reporting and data accuracy.

+ Designs and evaluates complex data reports intended for resolution planning teams, senior leadership, and regulatory bodies.

+ Proposes and supervises enhancements to processes.

+ Oversees and executes operational tasks related to system enhancement initiatives.

+ Identifies business requirements, performs data analysis, conducts proof of concept and impact assessments, facilitates user acceptance testing, and ensures successful implementation of changes.

+ Develops a deep understanding of resolution plan data sourcing to support and influence cross-functional teams and management. Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications tailored for senior management.

+ Ensures adherence to relevant regulations and policies, managing and transparently reporting control issues.

Qualifications:

+ Over 6 years of experience in a related technology role, recognized as a subject matter expert in the field.

+ At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.

+ Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to meet milestones.

+ Expertise in MS Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

+ Proven track record in producing high-level executive communications.

+ Financial analysis experience is preferred.

+ Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in handling large and complex data sets.

+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to communicate technical and business matters effectively to senior management.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills.

+ Problem-solving mindset with the capability to translate plans into actionable steps.

+ Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables effectively.

+ A mature and reliable team player with a positive disposition.

+ Experience with Rosetta is advantageous.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
