Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough operational and validation tasks linked to the aggregation of data from various source systems, ensuring the integrity and consistency of reporting and data quality.
  • Manages monthly runbook processing and validation efforts, maintaining high standards of reporting and data quality.
  • Designs and evaluates intricate data reports for utilization by resolution planning teams, senior executives, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identifies and supervises process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversees and executes operational tasks associated with system enhancement initiatives.
  • Gathers business requirements, performs data analysis, conducts proof of concept and impact assessments, facilitates user acceptance testing, and ensures successful implementation of changes.
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing to support and influence cross-functional teams and management. Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications tailored for senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and policies, managing and transparently reporting control issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related technology role, with recognized expertise in the field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
  • 3+ years of program management experience, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to meet project milestones.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality executive-level communications.
  • Experience in financial analysis is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of working with large and complex data sets.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business matters to senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with the capacity to translate plans into actionable steps.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables effectively.
  • A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Rosetta is advantageous.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
