Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to determine their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales performance
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about vehicle features and specifications
  • Demonstrate vehicles and explain their benefits to customers
  • Negotiate sale terms with customers and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide expert knowledge to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
