Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Hyundai of Chantilly. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding customers through the car sales process, and working closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a lifetime customer base.
    • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Car Sales Process
    • Guide customers through the car sales process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
    • Present deal structures to customers and provide knowledgeable answers to their questions.
  • Teamwork
    • Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Understand manufacturer's programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives.
    • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present it in a manner that reflects pride in the product.

Requirements

  • Driver's License
    • A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
