Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Hyundai of Chantilly. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding customers through the car sales process, and working closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a lifetime customer base.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Car Sales Process
- Guide customers through the car sales process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
- Present deal structures to customers and provide knowledgeable answers to their questions.
- Teamwork
- Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge
- Understand manufacturer's programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present it in a manner that reflects pride in the product.
Requirements
- Driver's License
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.

- An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience.
