Your Role

As a Project Director, you will be stationed at the construction site, acting as the primary liaison for the owner, design team, and project personnel. Your focus will be on ensuring the quality and timely execution of design-build projects, which range in value from $60 million to over $250 million. You will collaborate with marketing, pre-construction services, and business unit leaders while mentoring Project Managers and Engineers, holding overall accountability for project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to develop and oversee a design schedule.
  • Set project forecasts and budgets.
  • Oversee cost management.
  • Assume full responsibility for project execution.
  • Guide and develop project management personnel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects (over $100 million), preferably in design-build.
  • Proven expertise in construction principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience leading a successful project management team.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaling multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing at least 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
