Role Summary: In the capacity of Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our construction initiatives from inception to completion. Your expertise, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in delivering projects on schedule, within financial parameters, and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pre-construction discussions, budgeting, and scheduling to align with project timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address construction challenges and guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate agreements, modifications, and enhancements with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project advancement, safety protocols, and environmental adherence.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments, including cost estimation, feasibility studies, energy efficiency evaluations, and sustainability considerations.
  • Design and implement training initiatives to foster environmental stewardship and skill enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and Excel.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 Hour Construction and CPR/First Aid Safety training is mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with successful background checks and drug screenings.
