Role Summary: In the capacity of Senior Geotechnical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering geotechnical engineering projects from their initial stages through to successful completion. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all undertakings adhere to technical specifications, client requirements, and industry regulations. This position demands robust leadership, technical proficiency, and outstanding communication capabilities.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000, along with profit-sharing incentives.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly in project management roles.
  • A proven history of effectively managing and delivering geotechnical projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical engineering software and tools.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
