Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in working on the nursing and assistant nursing schedule.
  • Conduct monthly and on-the-spot in-services to ensure employee knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
  • Ensure employee physicals and files are current and accurate.
  • Provide excellent customer service among employees and patients.
  • Ensure patients receive the best nursing care possible.

Requirements:

  • Licensed LVN with at least 3 years of experience as a DSD in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
