Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:Tillman Networks is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee all administrative activities related to our organization's personnel. As the Human Resources Manager, you will develop recruitment strategies and implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and employee behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of Human Resources programs through HR staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues.
- Lead the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems, providing strategic leadership for performance evaluation.
- Manage the development and maintenance of the HR sections on the company website, focusing on recruiting, culture, and company information, as well as the employee intranet.
- Establish and lead standard recruiting and hiring practices to attract and hire a superior workforce.
- Conduct interviews for management and executive positions, serving as part of the interview team for position finalists.
- Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and legal requirements.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high levels of employee morale and motivation.
- Provide engagement opportunities for the company to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and addressing general benefit concerns.
- Coach and train managers in effective communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction with their employees, ensuring ethical, honest, and legal communication practices.
- Conduct investigations as required or directed by leadership.
- Support employee needs by being empathetic and responsive to personal issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Demonstrated performance in consulting with line managers in matters relating to employee development, performance management, and general HR-related areas.
- A solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration.
- Experience working in a remote organization is a plus.
