CentralReach was conceived by clinicians for clinicians. The journey began in 2012 when our founder, a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, sought a more efficient way to manage operations, allowing more time for client interaction. This led to the launch of our initial EMR and practice management platform, designed to support ABA practices in focusing on their core mission.

Under the guidance of Chris Sullens, an award-winning CEO in the tech industry, CentralReach is dedicated to its mission of delivering cutting-edge technology and services that enable clinicians and educators to achieve superior outcomes for their clients. As a market leader, CentralReach is poised for significant growth through its foundational principles: attracting and nurturing exceptional talent, developing industry-leading products, providing outstanding customer service, and continuously enhancing systems and infrastructure.

We prioritize our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, paid time off, life insurance, disability benefits, and a 401(k) matching program. Our commitment to comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring, and career development ensures that you can advance your career in a supportive environment. We take pride in fostering a vibrant and energetic workplace that allows our employees to make a meaningful impact by assisting clinicians in achieving outstanding outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
