Job Overview

You will be an integral member of our esteemed CR BillMax team, dedicated to offering managed billing services to our CentralReach clientele, facilitating the optimization and expansion of their billing and collections processes across various services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment of significant systems and applications related to all billing and payment posting operations, from a functional and product leadership perspective, to initiate transition strategies. This includes workflow product management, regulatory audit compliance, project timeline creation, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely and successful service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions for departmental and Client Organizational staff on product best practices, system utilization, and workflow management.
  • Collaborate across operational business departments to drive priorities and implementation for ongoing revenue-generating transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in RCM management, including Business Operations and Department Management, with a focus on Behavioral Health services.
  • Experience with CentralReach is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confident in communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing within the insurance industry.
  • Self-driven with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, goal setting, and execution.

Performance Metrics:

  • Ensure all payments are accurately posted by the end of each month.
  • Keep management informed of any missing ERA's or EFT's from payors.
  • Maintain clarity on all reconciliations for each organization.
  • Guarantee the completion of daily billing tasks.
  • Update schedules to reflect the daily billing of secondary accounts.
