Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders across the customer organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to deliver innovative solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and thought leadership to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage large, complex sales processes, including deal desk, product marketing, and product support, to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Validated sales excellence and creative problem-solving approach.
What We Offer:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $237,200 -- $350,100 annually.
