Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our US Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new F500 enterprise companies, building and maintaining an effective pipeline, and driving sales cycles from account planning to close.
Responsibilities- Acquire new F500 enterprise companies from all industries within the defined US geographic territory
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with internal Business Development Representative resources
- Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and targeted prospecting to discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, and close
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop effective business cases, build ROI models, and drive Digital Transformation conversations
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Take a collaborative approach to working closely with various team members, including BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership
- Represent Cognigy GmbH at trade fairs or events customary in the industry
- Prepare, present, and conduct demos, presentations, and customer meetings
- Use CRM effectively and consistently to track sales cycles and engagement
- Experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS or Tech to F500 enterprises
- Hunter mentality and passion for winning, with a desire to be part of a hyper-growth company
- Confidence in navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to function well in a remote environment
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor
- Ability to balance driving sales cycles independently while leveraging internal resources
- Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process
