Comelit USA is seeking a skilled Security Sales Professional to join our team in California. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus commission structure. You will be responsible for selling video entry, video surveillance, and access control solutions to integrators, property managers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Assist customers throughout the sales process, providing expert knowledge and support.
  • Customer Engagement: Perform cold calling to re-engage with customers and conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations using PowerPoint.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and master Comelit's product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage projects within the yearly pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years extensive Inside Sales experience; experience in the security industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tool software; experience with Zoho is a plus.
  • Strong ability to support integrators, property managers, and developers.
  • Excellent cold calling skills and experience re-engaging dormant customers.
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations using PowerPoint.
