SMITH & SELL CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking an experienced Sales and Estimating Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to grow revenue and expand the company's presence in the residential and commercial construction space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and expand the company's presence in the residential and commercial construction space.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong relationships.
- Travel to project sites to gather essential information and meet with clients to discuss project requirements.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating and sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis techniques.
Benefits and Compensation
- $80,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
