Position Summary:
The Programmatic Media Analyst plays a crucial role in managing campaign operations, including setup, documentation, quality assurance, performance analysis, and billing reconciliation. This position involves collaborating with the Senior Programmatic Analyst and clients to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns for agency clients, including performance media and audience-based buying.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Organize and maintain campaign-related documents in a shared repository.
  • Handle daily inquiries regarding campaign tracking and status.
  • Assist in creating performance reports for clients.
  • Evaluate inventory availability and support proposal development for new client opportunities.
  • Coordinate the delivery of creative assets and campaign documentation for launch.
  • Implement campaign tags in ad exchange environments.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate campaign execution and performance.
  • Provide auditing reports to agency partners and manage billing processes as necessary.
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance campaign optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position; 1+ years of experience in campaign management or digital media operations preferred.
  • Relevant internship or professional experience in bid management or digital operations.
  • Familiarity with traditional and digital media planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Capable of organizing and managing detailed campaign performance data.

Additional Information:
This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Specific accommodations can be discussed during the interview process.
