ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The US Concerts Technology division is in search of a dedicated Venue IT Support Representative to deliver on-site technical assistance during Live Nation events and venues. This role offers practical experience in a thrilling industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver on-site IT troubleshooting support as required
  • Diagnose and rectify ongoing technical challenges
  • Serve as a point of contact for remote IT support teams
  • Facilitate Internet connectivity for touring artists
  • Assist in the setup and upkeep of IT equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Apple iOS, Microsoft Windows, and networking technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Dependable, flexible, and capable of performing under pressure
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle
