Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Simple Solutions. As a key member of our support structure, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients in a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Our ideal candidate will work a 24/7 rotation, with 12-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week (6 AM - 6 PM).
  • On-site work is currently 1 day per week, with potential to increase to 2 days.

Interview Process:

  • A panel interview (45 minutes) will be conducted to assess your skills and experience.

Key Technical Skills:

  • L3 Support experience is a must.
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge, including TCP expertise, is essential.
  • Familiarity with firewall products (Checkpoint, Zscaler, BlueProxy) is a plus.
  • Experience with OS upgrades is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Wireshark for packet analysis is required.

  • Effective communication with management and the ability to provide clear updates are crucial.
  • Strong learning skills and the capacity to adapt to new tools or challenges are essential.
  • High engagement level and the ability to stay focused on tasks are necessary.
  • Collaboration with L2 support teams, engineers, vendors, and internal teams is required.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
