Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to contribute to the impactful work at West Hollowell Community Initiative. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Design and implement community programs that align with our mission.
  • Establish program goals, develop strategic plans, and manage budgets.
  • Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring they meet community needs.
  • Organize community events and coordinate various activities for effective program delivery.
  • Build and nurture relationships with community stakeholders and residents.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
  • Analyze program data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote community initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community program coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in specific areas such as youth services or senior programs is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software.
  • A solid understanding of community resources and local services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to community service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
