Ithaca, New York, United States Cornell University Full time
Position Overview:

The College is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging (DEIB) environment that guides the execution and assessment of AAP's diversity initiatives. The Admissions Advocate for Inclusive Recruitment and Strategic Partnerships is pivotal in attracting and enrolling a varied undergraduate and graduate student population.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Diversity and Equity and the Senior Director of Enrollment, this role is essential in executing and sustaining recruitment programs and collaborations with both internal and external entities that align with the college's diversity and inclusion goals, emphasizing student access, preparation, and success. The Admissions Advocate represents the college on various committees and with external stakeholders.
