Logistics Utility Coordinator

As a Regional Utility Associate in our warehouse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Project Material Supply Warehouse within your designated region.
- Managing goods not intended for resale (GNFR).
- Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure proper storage and replenishment of project material inventory, while maintaining facility standards.
- Participating in a welfare, health, safety, and environment (WHSE) warehouse team, handling both new and used fixtures and signage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with individuals or groups through verbal and written means (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility by monitoring waste levels in compactors and containers, as well as managing cardboard disposal.
- Perform facility maintenance tasks safely and correctly, including cleaning and operating equipment. Report any unsafe conditions or service issues to management and propose solutions.
- Organize and stock supplies by moving pallets to designated areas using Powered Industrial Trucks, while participating in on-the-job training for safe equipment operation.
- Ensure adequate supply of boxes for order fillers by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing as necessary.
